The Business Development & Technical Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth with new and existing OEM accounts worldwide, specifically within the semiconductor wet processing segment. This role focuses on developing and executing strategies to attract new OEM customers and expand partnerships with existing accounts. The ideal candidate will work in a highly collaborative environment, leveraging business strategy, technical expertise, and market insights to support customer technical needs and achieve sales and profitability targets.

Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy
Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities with new and existing OEM accounts.
Build and implement a targeted OEM growth strategy aligned with global and regional business objectives.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand key players, product trends, sales cycles, and competitive positioning.
Develop business cases for OEM-specific products, including brand-labeled, modified, and co-developed solutions.
Customer & Market Engagement
Maintain and strengthen executive-level relationships with key OEM customers.
Serve as a technical and strategic advisor to OEMs, providing product recommendations and on-site support.
Deliver technical training seminars to customers and internal teams to enhance product awareness.
Conduct application assessments and write test reports to address customer needs.
Gather and share market intelligence on trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Sales Execution & Performance Management
Work closely with regional sales teams to forecast and report OEM account performance.
Develop and maintain consistent reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely sales forecasts and business updates.
Meet and exceed sales and gross margin targets with OEM customers.
Ensure all administrative, reporting, and strategic planning requirements are completed on time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with engineering, product management, and senior leadership to maximize customer relationships and business opportunities.
Contribute to process and resource improvements to enhance overall team effectiveness.
Stay informed on customer needs and market trends to recommend new product opportunities.
Support and promote the company’s mission, vision, and guiding principles.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical) or Business (preferred).
5+ years of experience in OEM sales, with a proven track record of new business development.
Experience in fluid handling equipment, process controls, industrial product distribution, and/or OEM account development preferred.
Semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred.
Physical Activities
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. occasionally, movement within an office complex and outside in the field
Travel
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%), including overnight stays, with the ability to adapt to different cultural and business environments.
