SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Manager, Industrial Channel Sales is responsible for building, strengthening, and optimizing channel and partner sales network for BAND-IT Industrial segment products in the Americas Region. This position is responsible for achieving all Industrial segment sales responsibilities including:
Market analysis driven business development planning and materialization of accelerated sales growth for Industrial segment in the Americas as part of BAND-IT global growth initiative
Setting and delivering Annual Operations Plan (AOP) sales targets
Ensuring sales channels effectiveness
Resolving major channel partners and/or customer accounts’ challenges
Team management
Sales processes optimization
REPORTING TO : VP, Americas Sales and Global Marketing
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategy – Lead the development of comprehensive Americas Industrial channel sales and Go-to-Market strategy. Develop and implement co-marketing initiatives with channel partners to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Enable partners with resources, training, and tools needed to effectively promote and prioritize BAND-IT products.
Networking and Relationship Management – Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Explore and establish partnerships to enhance business opportunities and stay connected to channel partners and customers. Collect, analyze, and present current and potential customers requirements to Sales and Marketing leadership. Propose BAND-IT strategy to meet and exceed customer requirements. Present BAND-IT value proposition to customers.
Channel Partners Management – Identify, onboard, and manage a portfolio of strategic channel partners. Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to meet mutual goals. Act as the primary point of contact for partners inquires and collaboration.
Customers Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand client needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Management & Reporting – Establish and deliver AOP sales target. Track and analyze sales performance metrics. Regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Adapt and develop revised plans in response to changing market conditions.
Leadership & Supervision - Lead the Americas Industrial Sales team through the development of team and individual goals that align to the AOP and 3-year Strategy Planning of BAND-IT. Set motivating, stretching, and achievable sales target which is aligned with business priorities. Lead performance management (e.g., annual reviews, goal setting, discipline), time & attendance management, and career development support.
Collaboration with Other Departments - Work closely with the leadership team to align sales efforts with desired initiatives and defined markets. Collaborate with the Engineering and Operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
Excellent listening, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability in relationship building.
Proficient in “value selling” concepts and tools. Must be able to develop and effectively present value-added solutions as sales proposals to a variety of stakeholders / decision makers in the target companies, from headquarters to branch locations.
Proficient utilizing a CRM system to drive sales funnel management and customer relationships. Proficient in developing and communicating written strategic / business / marketing plans.
High level of self-motivation, “self-starter”, ambitious, strong work ethic, and integrity.
Sound general business, judgment, and decision-making skills.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
Passionate in pursuing pro-active solutions for customers and the company.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficient in internet use.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
Demonstrated successful experience selling to / supporting major industrial national accounts and buying groups or related types and channels of distribution required.
Minimum of 5+ years sales and/or business development experience in similar level roles.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel up to 50% of time.
Long and irregular work hours across multiple time zones.
Lifting requirements are generally less than 10lbs. Transport, set up, and demonstrate company products including application tools, sample cases, trade show setup. Manual lifting could reach the company maximum of 50lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Climate-controlled office and hotel environments.
Company and customer office, plant, and warehouse environments.

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $107,100.00 - $160,700.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
