Pipeline Renewal Technologies (PRT) with a national and direct channel distribution model requires a Warehouse Supervisor for their Randolph, NJ location. PRT is an industry leading supplier of robotic sewer rehab equipment with a focus on UV curing products and accessories, air driven robotic cutters, and mechanical point repair. A qualified Warehouse Supervisor will need to support operational activities in the shipping receiving department and assist with other business activities as assigned. Warehouse Supervisor will need to have a working knowledge of shipping/receiving duties and clear understanding of logistics provider user portals.

Key Skill Set Requirements

o Manages the incoming and outgoing shipments of inventory, supplies, and customer products through the PRT inventory management database. Performs necessary duties to pick/pack orders to minimize waste and protect product during the shipping process.

o Communicates with teammates, management, customers and various suppliers throughout the day.

o Maintains inventory controls by processing orders, printing requests, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed PRT inventory management database.

o Prepares orders by processing pick tickets, pulling correct parts, packing boxes or pallets, creating shipping labels and maintaining documents.

o Stocking materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards.

o Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. Sweep, dust and organize the warehouse and work area daily.

o Assist technicians and teammates with tasks as needed.

o Wear the proper safety equipment and report any safety findings

o Owns and manages the warehouse space and assists management in activities related to inventory accuracy, maintaining acceptable inventory levels, and completing functions that support normal business activities.

Minimum Skills and Experience

o High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational Training/Certification

o Valid drivers license with ability to operate company vehicles including forklift.

o Commercial/Industrial Shipping/Receiving Experience: 3 years o UPS Campus Ship software experience or similar preferred.

o Understanding of inventory management and standard workflow.

o Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload.

o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and can communicate both verbally and written to customers and team members

o Ability to bend, squat, or climb frequently. Stand or walk for extended periods. o Ability to lift and maneuver equipment up to 150lbs with no assistance.
