The Inside Sales Support (ISS) role is responsible for all levels of inside sales support for the Envirosight Sales Staff and Envirosight Sales Partners. The position requires the candidate to become knowledgeable in Envirosight products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Team, Sales Partners and Product Management
Assist with custom price requests
Help construct and maintain product specs and training materials
Maintain an add new products to on-line quoting systems
Assist in setting up training materials
Maintain national and state cooperative purchasing contracts
Assist and maintain sales reporting, forecast, and other sales related documentation
Handle sales related inquiries from Sales Staff and Sales Partners
Communication of all sales orders and check sheets for order fulfillment
Communication to internal sales staff of product lead-times and delays
Understanding and knowledge of all product lines
Occasional travel to Sales Trainings and Sales Partner
Other duties may be assigned
Ability to communicate sales related questions both internally and externally
Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills both verbal
Ability to respond within a timely manner with accurate and detailed information
Comfortable working on computer and computer applications with advanced level
proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must be competent with CRM and ERP systems; MS365 and Workday
Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Two or more years’ experience in a customer centric business environment
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Microsoft: GP / 365
