Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Internal Audit, GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and Segregation of Duties (SEGROD)
Compile and analyze financial information used to prepare entries
Review and approve all AR\AP journal entries
Work with Controller to analyze financial information detailing inventory, fixed assets, leases and net working capital
Prepare unclaimed property, property tax and sales\use tax returns on time
Support Concur/ Corporate credit card approvals
Assist cost accounting, FP&A and Director of Finance as needed
Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to all training made available by the company
Uphold company values including ethical conduct and high integrity in all actions
Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
BA/BS Degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
2+ years of experience of experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Ability to use enterprise-level financial record-keeping software systems, spreadsheets, and email applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
Strong attention to detail.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Travel:
- Up to 10%.
