Set-up and operate multi-axis CNC lathe or machining center without supervision.
Ability to use metrology gages to inspect in-process and completed parts.
Machine parts to engineered drawing specifications, using machine tools, such as CNC lathes and machining centers.
Need to be able to edit existing CNC programs as required.
Make tooling adjustments or off-sets as required.
Excellent organizational skills and ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Technical mechanical knowledge.
Ability to interpret engineered drawings.
Ability to measure parts using metrology gages.
Understanding of Okuma machinery is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience running manual mills and lathes.
Ability to design and build machining fixtures as needed.
