A successful Inside Sales Specialist will be an individual interested in a career in an environmental services organization with growth potential within the sales organization. The Candidate will need to be a fast learner, highly motivated, and willing to travel. The Inside Sales Specialist would primarily work remotely.
Generate quotations, primarily <$10,000, in support of the Business Development Managers (BDM) and the Regional Sales Managers (RSM).
Generate PRISM and SIMs renewal quotations and communicate as necessary with customers
Update CRM for all projects and opportunities quoted by the ISS.
Participate in local industry associations and trade shows as directed by the RSM group.
Contacting and triaging requests for info from various sources, including our website, webinars, ads, and marketing lists.
Contacting both current and new DIY customers to assist them in purchasing items – adding more to their current pool of equipment as well as purchasing equipment for new monitoring opportunities.
Following up on DEK, credit checks, and job numbers after contracting paperwork has been submitted.
Abide by on-the-job site safety requirements.
Complete Special Projects as requested.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to utilize virtual presentation technology
Highly organized with excellent follow up skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills required with exceptional listening skills
Ability to build relationships and work well across functions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail
Valid driver’s license
