Implement, administer and support a variety of Business Unit specific processes linked to effective utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Scope includes advising business units on best practices for administration and maintenance of CRM, as well as managing document requirements, processes, changes and services offered across IDEX and its business units.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities:
Proven ability to scope and execute CRM project specific goals including project milestones and expected timing for completion. Role will require holding both self and Business Unit project team accountable for agreed activities in accord with project plan timing.
Lead small to medium projects with limited oversight form management utilizing the IDEX PMO methodology including contributing to the building of a business case and benefits, managing all project communication and contributing to full charter document development
Recommend solutions based on Business Unit priorities that ensure a successful project which delivers the business workflow and customer experience improvements
Able to work independently and collaboratively to build and execute CRM project test plans
Demonstrated skill in structured troubleshooting and complex issue resolution (incident management)
Contribute to information technology functional planning process as CRM subject matter expert
Provide support for vendor audits, participating in audit meetings and providing application/OS usage data
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to excel in roles that require multi-tasking, deadlines and project ownership
Demonstrated skills in one or more of the following:
Concepts: Agile methodologies , Continuous development , Source control
Microsoft D365 Sales, Customer Service and Marketing Platforms and Portal Products
Power Apps / Power Automate / Power Platform / Power BI
Oracle Data Integrator, SSIS or similar ETL (Extraction–Transformation–Loading) tools
System Integration using APIs, REST / ODATA, SOAP, and 3rd Party Tools
SaaS / Cloud Computing / Azure
Business process understanding
Process Owner’s Minimum Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent technical sales experience
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the Digital and Cloud technologies space
Specific skills, knowledge, and/or licenses:
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or other CRM platforms
