PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Marketing Specialist will provide overall marketing support for our organizations strategic and tactical plans. Working closely with multiple departments, they will consistently promote the Warren Rupp brands to generate leads. They will plan, develop, implement, and track multimedia marketing for a variety of outputs (brochures, video, website) to help drive the success of new and recurring marketing initiatives. This role will function as the primary resource for internal communications and campaigns. They will possess a strong blend of creative and technical thinking, coupled with a passion for marketing and gaining knowledge of our product offerings. Key responsibilities include lead generation, creating and editing videos, crafting both long and short content, digital tool development, and more.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee lead generation campaigns and generate quality leads for our sales department.

  • Create a library of videos to use in marketing campaigns, training tools, and on websites.

  • Digital tool development to increase and improve customer engagement.

  • SEO and PPC (search engine optimization, pay per click)

  • Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns for internal and external customers.

  • Manage Warren Rupp website and social platforms.

  • Assist with new product development introductions.

  • Work on continuous improvement projects to improve efficiencies.

  • Content Creation (blogs, literature/collateral, internal and external communications)

  • Conduct market research to understand trends provide suggestions on future projects.

  • Analyze marketing data including campaign results, conversion rates, and traffic, to help shape future marketing strategies.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proofreading and editing content

  • Engineering Manuals

  • Trade Show Coordination

  • Distributor Portal Enhancements

  • Photography

  • Surveys

  • Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) updates

  • Travel required up to 10% of the time.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or communications; or equivalent combination of education and 3-5 years of experience

EXPERIENCE

  • Graphic Design - Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign) or similar

  • Experience working in HubSpot or similar tool.

  • Content Creation/Writing

  • Video Production

  • Social Media Platforms

  • Microsoft Office Products

  • Product Photography

WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hybrid - working in office and home environment.
