Summary: The Marketing Manager is a leader who develops and executes Warren Rupp’s strategic and tactical marketing plans while driving customer intimacy throughout the organization. Primary responsibilities include the administration and the execution of digital marketing campaigns, lead management system, and implementation of eCommerce strategy. Other essential responsibilities include external communications, content creation, writing, SEO, marketing collateral, product launches, website functionality and content, distributor portal functionality and content, and branding. This person has hands-on experience but is primarily focused is on successfully managing the internal and external support resources that provide the marketing deliverables.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Leads and develops Warren Rupp’s marketing campaigns integrating both traditional print literature/sales tools and digital platforms.
Responsible for the preparation of omni-channel marketing and communication plans to include long and short-term strategy and budget.
Investigates emerging marketing trends and new digital technologies/solutions and determines fit with company strategy to meet business objectives.
Develops and maintains eCommerce, Mobile App and digital tools while taking ownership of the customer experience associated with these tools.
Oversees website maintenance, content and security. This includes improving SEO rankings, monitoring that distribution partner websites are set up with most recent brand and data pages, ensuring Warren Rupp web links are operating properly, and making the website content fresh, engaging, and modern.
Leverages CMS, CRM and marketing automation platforms for lead management and to create an integrated and holistic customer journey.
Executes content marketing, SEO and inbound lead generation strategies including social media, paid ads, blogs, case studies, newsletters, videos, email, etc.
Accountable for assuring lead system and lead flows provide optimal results in terms of speed and quality and creates new lead generation opportunities.
Maintains relations with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure alignment on objectives and timely completion of project activities.
Plans and creates marketing materials in support of Warren Rupp’s targeted growth initiatives by collaborating with company resources, IDEX corporate resources, or outside service companies. Marketing materials include but are not limited to catalogs, brochures, videos, product literature, sales samples and tools, PowerPoint presentations, white papers, and advertisements.
Drives the creation of original content that results in effective and compelling communication that engages target audiences. Provides writing and editing support for outbound communications, including promotional materials, website content, distributor portal content, public relations, announcements, etc. through the composition of clear, concise and strategic copy.
Supports training and education initiatives including Learning Management System (LMS) for delivering training to sales channels.
Supports innovation and new business development department to commercialize and launch new products.
Prepares and communicates to senior leadership a marketing dashboard that measures KPIs and progress in key areas such as email campaigns, website performance, SEO, leads, social media, paid ads, blogging performance, etc.
Maintains technical and branding accuracy of all existing marketing materials.
Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image/brand voice across departments and throughout product lines, promotional materials and events.
Develops and maintains marketing budget.
Manages inventory of marketing collateral and promotional items. Works with creative services to develop and execute trade show plans.
Travel required up to 10% of the time.
- Develop and communicate the metrics that best determine progress in the areas of SEO, website rankings, leads, digital marketing effectiveness, and other business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or communications with a minimum of 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Marketing campaigns in a B2B environment
Management of digital marketing campaigns, including social media
Management of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web analytics
Specific skills, knowledge, and/or licenses:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with email marketing software
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, CRM, CMS
Excellent presentation skills
Working knowledge of applicable Adobe CC programs
Technical product aptitude a plus
Graphic design experience a plus
