Toptech Systems is the market leading provider of terminal automation software and hardware solutions with locations in Longwood, FL and Antwerp, Belgium. Energy & Fuels is a set of six companies who specialize in the movement, measurement and management of high value fluids with a worldwide presence.
Summary
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities to assure customer revenue, margin and satisfaction targets are met. Acts as the primary interface between customer representatives and Toptech. Responsible for all commercial negotiations between customers and the company including contract negotiation and receivables. Is responsible for achievement of all orders and sales targets within his/her assigned region. Targets are achieved through a combination of major account management, direct sales to regional accounts, and selection and support of appropriate and effective distribution channels within region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Directs and executes sales strategies and plans for all major accounts assigned within his/her region.
Identifies, establishes, maintains and supports an effective distribution network for appropriate products and customers within assigned region.
Plans and directs the life-cycle revenue generated from the assigned customers by developing a clear understanding of a customer’s short and long term business requirements.
Responsible for the attraction and development of new customers and new opportunities within existing customers.
Prepares and hosts monthly account reviews for management to ensure short and long term objectives for assigned customers.
Coordinates with Project Management on specific customer projects to assure appropriate communication between Toptech and the customers.
Identifies short and long term customer requirements and communicates those requirements to Product Management.
Assists Finance as required in the collection of receivables through coordination of communication between the customer and Toptech.
Prepares and delivers proposals for new and existing products and services.
Prepares and shares as appropriate written account plans to include, but not be limited to; customer environment, customer organization and buying processes, product and service requirements, long and short term sales objectives and competition analysis.
Coordinates with customer service to assure knowledge of customer satisfaction levels and participates in plans for improvement.
Measurement/Criteria for Success
Achievement of order and sales targets within assigned region at acceptable margin
Overall customer satisfaction and growth of new accounts within assigned region
Excellent receivables history for accounts within assigned territory

Excellent oral and written communication, in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university in engineering, IT, or industrial distribution preferred.
(4-6) years successful track record of selling complex software, hardware, and services solutions to industrial customers.
Experience in and knowledge of the fuel and energy business a plus
Business knowledge and development of distribution channels in the South America market are essential to this role
Compensation
This position is compensated based on a combination of base salary plus variable performance incentive.
