This is an in-person position based in Farmington, CT. Compensation package includes base salary, 15% 3rd Shift differential, bonus, and 401k match. This is once in a lifetime opportunity to drive positive change and work in a dynamic, bureaucracy-free environment .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Machining of solid and porous metal products to specifications.

2. Machining of high purity porous metal products to meet specifications.

3. Straightening and rounding of porous metal products

Major Challenges:

1. Meeting high purity visual & cleanliness requirements.

2. Flexibility to change tasks and reprioritize as needed.

Expected Performance Outcomes:

1. Meeting rates for cutting tubes

2. Job transaction accuracy > 80%

3. Manufacturing parts that meet with our dimensional and visual quality specifications.

Required Experience:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Technical School or 1 to 2 years manufacturing experience in machining.
