Material Processing Technology (MPT) is at a pivotal stage of its growth journey in becoming a fully integrated platform, selling the most trusted powder handling and milling equipment in the world.

To support our growth strategy and maintain our customer’s demands in Europe, we are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to cover the DACH region. In this critical role, you will work closely with the Commercial Director of EMEA to drive business growth, enhance market share, and foster strong partner relationships with our agents.

Key to success will include a deep knowledge of powder handling capabilities to identify industry, consumer and competitive trends. You will use your credible market intelligence to make recommendations for action plans and programs in line with our ambitious growth initiatives. With a proven field sales record ideally in the capital goods market, you will thrive on organic lead generation through networking at events, seminars and exhibitions, as well as maintaining and developing trusted client relationships due to your technical expertise.

Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing and/or Engineering discipline. (Equivalent experience commensurate with the knowledge gained through completion of one of the above degrees will be considered in lieu of a degree).
