The Sales Analyst provides analytical support for both the sales team and executive team for continued profit and productivity improvement for the business.


Sales Analytics:

  • Support Sales Team Reporting: create cadence, develop, and support revenue vs goal reporting for each sales team member

  • Manage and report on Sales Funnel Tracking

  • Analyze data to assist Sales Team to improve effectiveness (Customer order gaps, distribution reporting, by market/by probability funnel analysis)

  • Troubleshoot any data discrepancies between JDE and other sales systems

  • Other Ad Hoc Sales Reporting and Analysis as needed

  • Maintain and update 80/20 Quads and Quartiles

Distributor Analytics and Rebates:

  • Facilitate all channel programs and ensure adherence to our policies both internally & externally

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, legal, and IT to implement new partner programs and ensure alignment across the business

  • Identify, create, and support channel enablement practices for sales and to improve our partners’ competence on our programs, products, and services

  • Develop Rebate Program Tracker file

  • Develop and maintains standardized reporting on distribution (channel performance, mailing list/contact database, QBR calendar, contracts/status levels) and OEM (by region, by market, etc.)

  • Own the monthly distribution scorecard/dashboard process, which involves extraction of data from a variety of sources (CRM, POS/Drop Ship, Payment history, Leads, Training)

Market Analytics:

  • Support Corporate and Strategic financial reporting, including MBR, QOR, AOP

  • Organize sales team reporting/input collection from NA sales team in support of weekly and monthly requirements (NBO funnel, Forecasting, Goal Deployment, Monthly Channel Reviews, Dashboards, SIOP)


  • BA/BS degree required, preferably Finance or Accounting degree

  • Experience in preparing, analyzing, and implementing accounting and reporting requirements

  • Experience with manufacturing ERP systems, JDE experience preferred

  • Excellent computer/technology skills, including familiarity with OneStream and MS Office product suite, with specifically strong functionality with Excel

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Works effectively in a team and cross-functional environment

  • Consistently operates at the highest level of integrity
