Primary Function:

Responsibilities include maintaining cash receipt files, preparing and posting cash batches to the AR& cash receipt subledgers, analyzing AR aging, and AR statement generation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generate, prepare, and update daily cash receipts summaries

• Accurately and efficiently post payments to customer accounts

• Reconcile cash posted in JDE to bank deposits reports.

• Prepare and distribute month-end and year-end AR statements

• Follow up with Customers regarding past due invoices.

• Work with Sales/Customer Service to resolve pricing discrepancies and deductions

• Release sales orders on hold

• Prepare / Provide support documentation for SOX and IA AR compliance audits

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree (accounting preferred) or equivalent experience

• Minimum 2 years manufacturing accounting experience

• Experience with ERP's, MRP's and Microsoft Office products

• Experience with customer reconciliations

• Strict attention to detail; highly organized and productive

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
